DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out at the carrier's rates. Dispatch on the same day or the next day after ordering.

Delivery of retail orders is carried out by the following carriers: Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta 

Payment

- Payment on the site by Visa/Mastercard
- Payment to PrivatBank card
- Payment to Monobank card
- Payment on delivery (paid service, depending on the carrier)

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:  

During the period of martial law, delivery to the territory of other countries is carried out by Nova Poshta, DHL Express and Ukrposhta

Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment.

Nova Poshta delivery time is 3-12 work days

DHL Express delivery time is 10-12 work days

Ukrposhta delivery time is 10-14 work days.

Delivery cost is fixed: Nova Poshta - 30 euros

Delivery cost is fixed: DHL Express - 40 euros

Delivery cost is fixed: Ukrposhta - 20 euros

*The cost of delivery does not depend on the volume weight of the parcel

Payment for the delivery service is made together with payment for the goods.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT, so additional charges may apply.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will help you track the parcel.
